This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which EGP Advisory Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) may issue refunds for consulting and educational services.

By purchasing any service from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

EGP Advisory Group LLC provides remote consulting, technical education, and advisory services. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are considered final once services have been delivered.

However, we understand that issues may arise, and we offer limited circumstances under which a refund may be approved.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

A. Service Not Delivered

A refund may be issued if:

  • The scheduled consultation did not occur due to our error

  • A purchased service was never delivered

B. Duplicate Payment

If a user is accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

C. Technical Failure

If a technical issue on our side prevents the service from being completed, a reschedule or refund may be offered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service was delivered fully as scheduled

  • The user missed the appointment without prior notice

  • The user changes their mind after purchasing

  • Dissatisfaction with results, interpretations, or outcomes (consulting and education services do not guarantee results)

  • The user fails to provide required information for the service

  • Issues caused by the user’s internet connection, device, or technical limitations

All consulting and educational services provided are informational in nature, and results may vary.

4. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee with no refund.

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for the request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
